Q: How much notice for a cancellation is needed and what if I need service at the last minute, do you take last minute reservations? A: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before scheduled service, unless service was scheduled over a holiday period. Cancellations during holidays must be made 10 days in advance or there is a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations during regular days made within 24 hours are charged a 25% cancellation fee.
